Who we are
Capirock is a real estate company based in France.
We offer modern, fully equipped student apartments located in safe but living Parisian neighborhoods close to cultural landmarks. Designed as inspiring living spaces, our residences combine comfort and design to support both practicality and independence.
We are currently managing 10 buildings all around Paris, many of whom are already rented to US universities or through Airbnb.
Our History
Capirock was founded with the ambition to combine real estate management and financial investments within a flexible, family-owned structure.
Over the years, the company has built strong expertise in enhancing real estate assets and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of its partners.
At the same time, Capirock has expanded its activities by developing strong partnerships in the real estate sector, offering students and institutions reliable housing solutions while continuing to explore new opportunities in alternative investments.
Today, the company continues to grow while staying true to its DNA: delivering rigorous, human-centered, and forward-looking management.
